Webinar Meaning
In simple terms, Webinar is a seminar event conducted online using event tech platforms such as Zoom Webinar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other custom webinar/ virtual event platforms designed for online meetings.
The purpose of webinars may vary from:
- Corporates & Organizations – can use webinars for marketing and stakeholder engagement purposes.
- Independent/entrepreneurs – business consultants/coaches/ trainers – can use webinars to sell masterclass/ courses & educate people about their services and offerings.
- Institutions/lectures – can run online classes.
The advantages of webinars over seminars are
